After packages are dropped off to the carrier it is no longer in my control with damages, delays, or the loss of your package. Shipping time depends on the address provided. If you do have a problem with your package please email me to figure out the situation further. If you do have an issue with your item(s) once received please email me within 48hrs to deal with the issue in a timely matter.
